Shop De Cru is very transparent with the condition of each handbag on each listing. We are happy to answer any and all questions just like an in store experience would feel. Due to the vintage nature of the bags, all handbags are FINAL SALE and we DO NOT accept returns.

All prices are in USD. Use the toggle bar on the storefront to view in your currency. We accept the following credit and debit cards on our secure payment form as well as Paypal. If you would like to pay via Zelle or Venmo, please contact us via [email protected] or send us a DM on our Instragram and we can organize a secure transaction via those platforms.

We process orders promptly and communicate every update on your order via email. Shipping speeds are so important these days…let’s face it we expect to get all of our packages ‘Amazon Prime’ speed! We have two showrooms in the United States, in Atlanta, GA and Malibu, CA and your order will be fulfilled from either of these two depending on where the piece is located. We ship Worldwide and get your order out as quickly as possible and get it to your door faster than you’ll expect. We are currently offering complimentary US shipping. We offer express international shipping which is between $30-$40 depending on the Country and information provided at checkout. We have partnered with DHL so are shipping is very fast and reliable – allow 2-6 business days in transit for international shipments. Please allow 1 day for processing and packaging. Your package will most likely require a signature unless you request otherwise. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your package. All handbags are packaged with care to ensure safety in transit.
